The national park Amboseli is known for it’s big game and it’s beautiful landscape. Here you can see big herds of elephants that are walking in the shade from the high mountain Mount Kilimanjaro. In the park you can also see buffalo as well as over 350 different spices of birds.
Tsavo is one of the biggest parks in Kenya and known for it’s red elephants, who have gotten their color from bathing in the red clay! Here you can also find many giraffes, kudus and many gnu. Located in the park is also the famous Mzima Springs which supplies Mombasa with water. In the eastern part of the park one can see lions climbing in the trees!

Day to day presentation:

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli.
You are picked up after breakfast for a 5 hours’ drive to Amboseli. We arrive at the park around lunchtime. We now will invite you for an afternoon game drive in search of the big animals, Ostrich , zebras and many more. Return to the lodge or camp for dinner and overnight. (L,D)
Day 2: Amboseli.
After breakfast we will proceed for a full day in this famous park, if you are lucky and the sky is blue you will be able to take very good pictures of the breathtaking Mount Kilimanjaro. We also have the chance to see the big herds of the hugest elephants in Africa. We eat a packed lunch box that will be served at the observation hill where you can view the whole park. Later we will return to the lodge or camp for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)
Day 3: Amboseli – Tsavo.
After breakfast we depart Amboseli to move to Tsavo national park. En route we visit Shetai Lava and the Mzima Springs. At arrival we are served a hot lunch at a lodge before taking a game drive in the park, looking for all the animals that reside here. We then travel to another lodge where we have dinner and stay overnight. (B,L,D)
(Tip! If you want to spend more time on the game drive in the park, we can arrange for packed lunch boxes instead of a hot lunch at the lodge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like this option!)
Day 4: Tsavo.
We spend the day in the park looking for, among other animals, the tree climbing lions! At lunch time we return to the lodge for a hot lunch before we once again head out into the park for an afternoon game drive. In the evening we return to the lodge for dinner. (B,L,D)
Day 5: Tsavo – Nairobi.
Today we return to Nairobi which will end our safari. (B)
